How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple.
Browse the online catalogue and add the items you want to buy to your online shopping basket. When you wish to pay for your items click on the 'Purchase these items' button on the shopping basket page. You will then be asked to fill in your delivery details, including a contact email address.
This email address is important because it will be used to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
You will then proceed to the paypal website to pay for your order. Paypal's web pages look different to mine but the process is simple and easy to follow. When your payment has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email showing the full details of your order.
Alternatively, if you wish to pay by cheque for your order, email me and I will create a bespoke order for you. Items will only be despatched once your cheque has cleared.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Paypal encrypts all data using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is the industry standard encryption method.

Will you keep my information private?

Yes. Your information will only be used by me to process and deliver your order. For more information, see the disclaimer.

What delivery methods do you offer and how long will my order take to arrive?

Currently I only offer Royal Mail 1st Class recorded signed for delivery. Items in stock are ready for despatch and should be with you in 5-7 working days. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted straight away.

Can I place an order from overseas?

At the moment I can only deliver to the UK mainland. I am currently working out pricing for overseas delivery. However, if you live overseas and wish to purchase an item please email me and a bespoke order will be arranged for you.

What is your returns policy?

If your order does not live up to your expectations or there is a problem with your order, please email me immediately with the necessary details, including your order number.
I will do what I can to recify the situation. I can exchange the item for one of the same price or you can return the item for a refund within 7 days of receipt. To refund an item, please email me  with details of your order number and the reason why you want a refund. The cost of returning the item is covered by you. You will then receive a refund, minus the delivery charge.
To receive a refund, all items must be returned in the same condition they were received including packaging. Worn jewellery cannot be sold again and so will not receive a refund. If you fail to inform me of any problems with your order within 7 days of receipt I will not be liable to offer any compensation or refund.
